The CRANE-M2 S is equipped with 360° pan, 320° tilt, and 320° roll rotation, offering six different modes of operation, including POV and Vortex. Its built-in rechargeable battery can last up to 10.5 hours and can power compatible cameras and control zoom, shutter, and video start/stop functions when connected through a wired connection. The free ZY Play mobile app for iOS and Android allows for remote control of the gimbal and various filmmaking features, including time-lapse, panorama, and slow-motion capture.

The CRANE-M2 S comes equipped with a fast-drying mounting system for your camera, allowing you to easily attach and detach it with a single lock button. Scale marks and memory locks assist in balancing and locking the camera's position for optimal use. For added convenience, there is a built-in fill light located next to the camera plate that boasts a CRI of 90+, 1000 lumens of brightness, and five adjustable levels. Additionally, four interchangeable filters are included to alter the color temperature.
