Body & Optical Design

The lens construction consists of 21 lens elements arranged in 15 groups, including four FLD elements, three SLD elements, and two aspherical elements. For astrophotography, the lens comes equipped with two rear sheet filter slots and an included Arca-Swiss compatible tripod collar, making it ideal for long exposures.
