102MP Medium Format Sensor & X-Processor 5

Featuring the same sensor as the GFX 100S II, this 102MP 43.8 x 32.9mm BSI CMOS sensor provides exceptional resolution, 16-bit raw files, 10-bit HEIFs, a wide dynamic range, low noise at a base ISO of 80, and the ability to crop to nine different aspect ratios. This camera also utilizes FUJIFILM's X Processor 5, ensuring speedy performance for continuous shooting at up to 6 fps, 4K video recording, and precise autofocus using the Intelligent Hybrid AF system.

Aspect Ratio Dial and Digital Teleconverter

The 102MP sensor provides exceptional image quality and allows for flexible use of aspect ratios and focal lengths. With dedicated dials and control levers, the GFX100RF promotes the use of creative tools inspired by previous medium format film cameras. The chosen aspect ratio is displayed when using the EVF or rear LCD, but not in raw-only mode. A rocker lever allows for three different Digital Teleconverter settings, simulating different focal lengths while maintaining resolution.

Wide-Angle 35mm f/4 Built-In Lens

The 35mm focal length is equivalent to 28mm on full-frame cameras, giving a general wide-angle field of view that suits a broad array of subjects, ranging from street and documentary applications to landscapes, interiors, and travel situations to even close-up subjects thanks to a 20cm minimum focusing distance. The f/4 maximum aperture is effective for available light shooting and offers some depth of field control but mainly helps to keep the overall size and weight of the camera down for everyday carry.

Internal ND and Leaf Shutter

The 4-stop ND allows for slower shutter speeds or wider aperture settings in bright conditions, making it ideal for creating motion blur or achieving a shallower depth of field. The leaf shutter design of this medium format camera also allows for flash synchronization with mechanical shutter speeds up to 1/4000 sec, allowing for creative fill flash techniques and capturing fast-moving subjects with adequate background exposure.

Built for Everyday Carry, Travel, and More

The GFX100RF camera by Fujifilm is compact, intuitive, and versatile for travel and everyday photography. Its design is inspired by rangefinders and Fujifilm's X100-series and GFX 50R cameras, incorporating a lightweight build and familiar controls such as machined aluminum dials, dual control dials, and a manual aperture ring. The camera also has dual SD memory card slots, 3.5mm ports for headphones and microphones, a USB-C port for charging and file transfers, and a micro-HDMI port for video. Electronic Viewfinder and Rear LCD

The 5.76m-dot OLED EVF provides a vivid, precise, and realistic display with 0.84x magnification. The finder's contents rotate with the camera for seamless transition between horizontal and vertical shooting, and it also shows the correct aspect ratio. A 3.2" 2.1m-dot LCD offers 3-way tilt for convenient low-angle shots in any orientation, and the touchscreen allows for easy adjustments and focus point selection.

Included Accessories

Beyond the typical included accessories, such as a battery and charging cable, the GFX100RF also includes a custom push-on metal lens cap, an adapter ring, a protector filter, a matching square lens hood with a hood cap, and a rope-style shoulder strap. The adapter ring attaches to the front of the built-in lens and provides 49mm threads for attaching screw-on accessories, like the included clear filter.

4K Video Recording

Primarily designed as a camera for photographers, the GFX100RF still leverages the sensor and processing power to enable high-quality DCI/UHD 4K video recording up to 30p with 10-bit color. H.265 and H.264 video can be recorded internally to the SD cards while ProRes 422 codecs can be used when recording directly to an external SSD via the USB-C port.

In classic FUJIFILM fashion, the GFX100RF of course sports their full line of 20 different Film Simulation modes: Provia, Velvia, Astia, Classic Chrome, REALA ACE, PRO Neg. Std, PRO Neg.
